2026 Hands-On Bootcamps:
Our Bootcamps offer immersive, hands-on training that equips future inn owners and interim innkeepers with essential skills and confidence for success. Through real-world scenarios and practical experience, attendees gain a comprehensive understanding of daily inn operations, food service, guest relations, housekeeping, behind-the-scenes operations, and more.
Each Bootcamp is led by seasoned innkeepers who share invaluable insights and expertise, making concepts accessible and actionable. Graduates of our program leave with a solid foundation, an actionable plan, and the practical tools to immediately "hit the ground running" as they embark on or enhance their journey in the independent lodging industry.
In 2026, all Bootcamps are being held at the Reserve at Hotsprings, in beautiful, historic Hot Springs, Arkansas.
