 Rebecca has 15 years of hands-on experience revitalizing a historic bed and breakfast into a thriving, profitable destination. That background, combined with a 20 year career in corporate marketing, bring a wealth of practical knowledge to her role as a hospitality consultant. Her journey taught her the strategies and nuances needed to create both financial success and memorable guest experiences. She’s passionate about empowering her clients to build prosperous, fulfilling hospitality businesses that not only stand out in the market but also bring them personal satisfaction and long-term growth. 

With over 40 years of experience in interior design and hospitality, Linda has owned and operated successful lodging and dining establishments in SW Virginia. Her expertise now fuels her work as a business consultant for clients across the US and Mexico. Hayes launched The Future Innkeeper Hands-On Workshop in 2016, providing aspiring innkeepers with practical experience. She remains actively involved in the industry through various roles in state and national associations, including creating educational initiatives and offering webinars.
